Our goal at LBN is to recruit quality not quantity.
1. We believe the quality of the individuals we recruit determines the quality and productivity of the team. Therefore, we seek quality, and commitment, not quantity.
2. We seek to build a synergistic blend within each chapter that maximizes mutual support and referral generation.
3. We believe member’s enthusiastically support those they respect
4. We supplement each member’s support within their chapter with the opportunity to build ideal referral partner relationships with members in other chapters

Application for membership in LBN is a 4-step process
- Attend a meeting. Call 248-620-6320 to arrange a visit to the chapter of your choice. See options on the Chapters page. We want you to experience a meeting and we want to meet applicants before accepting them. If there is no chapter in your area or if your business category has been taken in your chapter of choice, contact us to discuss the possibility of starting your own chapter.
- Submit an application. You will receive an application at the meeting you attend. Complete and mail or email the application per instructions on the application.
- Make payment online or mail a check to the address indicated on the application. If you submit your application, but pay by check, make sure your name and the name of the chapter you are joining are indicated on the check.
- Chapter Membership Committee Review – Members of the chapter to which you are applying will review your application and notify you of acceptance. Note that in some instances the chapter may ask you to participate in an interview.
LBN requires that all applicants be reviewed without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, marital status, age or handicap. LBN will not be supportive of any action taken in violation of this nondiscrimination statement.
